This miter gauge is very tough and has no play in the miter groove. It was inexpensive and a great deal.

gage fits in track and makes cuts easy ,acurate and safer than using bandsaw without it. A gage like this should have been standard equipment on my 14" bandsaw but it wasn't. It works good and I have no complaints. also fits my router table nicely.
