This is a great saw to bring on a job. It can cut a 12" tile on a diagonal which covers most small jobs. The only problem I have with it is keeping the table guide lubed. After a period of use, the table starts to stick and jerk on the guides. You've got to keep it clean.
Buy the stand! It is worth it.

I was worried the MK370EXP would not be able to handle my project. I'm using 12" x 12" porcelain tiles and after completing one room, I know that it will be able to complete my project. Only five more rooms to go.
