I don't know about worksite use for a pro, but for a home improvement hack like me, this saw makes quick cuts easy. No extras like a laser, but solid Makita quality.

The pictures on the Makita box shows the extension holder assembly with the unit and for some reason I thought the unit came with it. No...had to buy separately.
