This drill is great for around the house or for a business. The keyless chuck makes bit changes quick and easy. It has great power and feels perfectly balanced while running at full speed. I've always felt that Milwaukee makes the best drills and this drill is no exception. I also felt the price was quite reasonable for a drill of this quality.
