Uses standard .22 caliber medium load single shot powder loads. Positive barrel and load retention prevents barrel from opening freely, allowing easy horizontal and overhead fastening. I use this tool for attaching bottom still plates to the basement cement floor. Works just as good as advertised.

I think you kit should include the ear protection. It comes with eye protection but I think the ear protection is just as important. Again,"the kit" should have that option to choose ear protection. Great product!
