Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Spend a little more and get a superior product. Its been my experience that with other replacement rollers, you have a 50/50 shot that the roller will spin freely on the handle without having to apply additional force to the roller and therefore the surface. Purdy just seems to always perform great; Leaves a great finish and and just makes everything a little easier.
