Bought the product to replace one bulb in track 12 feet off the floor. In the past (maybe five years ago), one bulb blew, got an outside guy with appropriate equipment to replace them all at a cost far in excess of the cost of this fabulous piece of equipment. I only replaced one bulb. Guess I'll now replace bulbs one at a time myself as they blow! I have no other current use for the equipment, except that I don't have wings or a hot air balloon to reach the ceiling.

only problem i had with the ladder is that when you raise adjustable stepladder there is grease on the inside of the ladder which gets all over your hands as you hold onto the sides as you climb. very sturdy,and reliable. [...]
