It worked ok the first time I used it. Seven months later I was out of town for a week and tried it again. When I got back all of the water was still in the tank. The little green light never did come on even with a new battery. This product is so typical of things we buy today. Most of the things produced today are junk. You are lucky if you get anything to work right out of the box, much less a whole season.

This product does the work for you. When you go away for any length of time, 3 days to 40 days, our plants are watered without fear of power failures. Two of our friends want to see it operate before they order one of their own.

I bought the product because I was concerned about leaving my plants if I had to travel. I have yet to leave the plants in complete control of the irrigation system, but it is set up and I am finding it to be a wonderful convenience. All I have to do is turn the switch off and on and I can water my plants at will. My only concern is that the highest setting distributes less water than I would normally apply. I like to average about 180 cc's a day and I will only be able to get 120 cc's distributed daily when the system is on its own. Also, while the instruction manual is written clearer than most manuals, I think it should have addressed the need to have the hoses extend to the ground before raising up again and attaching to the drippers first, before going into the assembly process, not after. I had the lines going directly to the drippers and gravity was forcing all the water out until I turned the last page and saw what I had done wrong. Fortunately I still had enough hose left to fix the mistake immediately. But I am very happy I ordered the product, and I would recommend it as an affordable alternative to other more expensive and complicated systems.

Great system. Functions as advertised. Not adjustable for more (or less water) on different plants but the amount of water can be controlled by placing plants that need less water in the middle of the loop and at a higher level relative to other plants. Verify amount of water to each plant by capturing water in small glasses and let it operate a while before leaving unattended to avoid disappointments.

Good product, but product manual cautions that device is not for outdoor use. Indoors it works great, takes a little time and effort to set up.

Bought originally for vacation watering then left it in place . Now it is in use daily only maintaince is to refill the water, once every 3 4 weeks. High quality product ,easily set up, very reliabe. Only failure was when I allowed the battery to get wet and connection rusted. I relaced and working fine . This is my 2nd unit , 1st one still going strong for over a year!
Takes the drugery of out of gardening with the daily watering done. Also a bonus my plants actually are healthier and bigger due to precise drip irrigation. They prefer it over hand watering!

I had trouble understanding the instructions. After I got it assembled correctly and got it started, it would work for a while then stop. There are no Troubleshooting Directions so I don't know what is wrong.

This is a great product for those who like to travel and do not like to impose on their neighbors all the time to water the plants. This is my first experienct with the procuct and so far, I am thrilled with the process. I am gone for a significient period of time for my first use so won't know the end result for about a month.
