I bought this Makida trimmer thinking it a quality product. I was tired of replacing the ubiquitous B & D every two years. This one lasted no longer and when my small engine mechanic tried to fix it, he found the insides as cheap as B & D. Buy the B & D at less than 1/2 the price.
