Would buy again if bolts didn't break

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I like the cutters, but the bolts is of very poor quality and keeps breaking. I do not use this for very heavy duty cutting. I have three pair of these cutters, and all three of them have had broken bolts. How do a get the special bolts used in these cutters.
