We are an outdoor school for Merced County Office of Education. We teach 5th and 6th graders how to make a porta potty should they be in the wilderness and need a bathroom and why and how this protects nature. The shovels work great for class and are actually used when the students do a five-mile hike in Yosemite National Park. The measurement lines also are very helpful. We love the shovels and they work great -- perfect!
