Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Bought a second just because it was such an easy saw to work with. Of the 8 saws we have, this is my favorite. With gloves, the bar adjustment is hard to do, I prefer the older Poulan tool adjustment - I can do that on the fly without removing my goves.
I just cleared a property of 4 Red-Oak, 3 White-Oak, 2 Post-Oak, and an Osage - the shortest of which was 48' tall and all were at least 28" in diameter.
I wish they supplied two air filters so you could swap one out and keep right on working.
