No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I am a widow and thought using that would help me getting my garbage cans out to the road because they were getting holes in them from dragging them. I would have been better off to buy the garbage cans with wheels. It is very awkward to use and can't figure if you push or pull it. I am disappointed with it.. sorry :(

colossal pain to put together, cheap materials and parts that barely fit together make this a rather poor quality product. Coating on the tubing hasn't protected it from starting to oxidize after a VERY short time. There are other alternatives to this product, look into them before buying. This is OK, and is bare bones, and cheap. You get what you pay for (actually, a bit less).
