Pros:
Carrying Capacity, Comfortable Grips, Easy to Use
Cons:
Creaky Wheels, Difficult to use on hills, Gets Stuck, Poor service inner tube

Inner tube defective. company wanted to have entire unit returned, after I spent time putting unit together. I feel they wanted me to disassemble and and return entire unit. I returned the tube and have heard nothing for two weeks. It works well, but service is poor.
Excellent value for its use/capability.
