Doesn't charge batteries?

Pros:

Accepts many batteries, Durable, Sweet compact design

Cons:

No aux input mp3cd

Best Uses:

Battery carrier, Strict radio only

I have been waiting for an LXT radio to come out since I have the LXT Drill/Impactor/Recip/Circular set. Now I am torn to pay $[...] for something with such limited functionality, the instruction manual said "A battery operated radio with integral batteries or a separate battery pack must be recharged only with the specified charger for the battery."

On the plus side, it will last 16 hours on one 18V Li-ion battery, so if you are in a place of limited connectivity of power, this is a great, small, radio only battery carrier.
