Its a really good deal if you want to inflate bike tires to a known pressure. Its much cheaper than anything else you could find and ti has the pressure gauge. Foot pump action makes filling many tires a quick job.
But you get what you pay for as far as construction quality goes. It works fine now, but It wouldn't be the one I'd pick to be in my emergency kit.

I've used it once (so far) to re-inflate a tire on a snow thrower. The pump is extremely easy to use, it inflated the tire quickly, and made a potentially complicated job amazingly easy.
Better by far than the pump it replaced.
