Added value of this item is that it has an "on/off" switch, which my other one did not [which forced me to unplug to cut it off.]

Works exactly as I expected. It's very handy for inflating motorcycle and car tires. I plan to convert it to a portable motorcycle pump by removing the plastic and shortening the hose so it'll fit under my seat. It has good power for its size and is well made.
