If you want the best, this is it. You will need to understand the type of battery (lead acid, gel, AGM) you will be charging in order to choose the optimum charging mode. If you need a smaller more basic unit with similar features, go with the US3300 model for half the cost. The DC wire leads are about 30" in length and if you plan on storing the vehicle for periods of time, the charger has to be either in the engine compartment or right next to the vehicle in order to reach the battery.
This battery charger is extremely easy to use. It has charged 2 batteries to a full charge that my other battery chargers would not. The CTEK is well worth it's price.
