As a bodybuilder and professional on the run all day, I keep my 6 small meals in this during my day (in and out of the car)...it keeps them warm (not HOT) all during the day ...
Keep in mind, small containers with chicken, green beans, etc...
Higly recommend for those who eat healthy and cheap!
