ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
KOHLER plumbing products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of installation.
Kohler Co. will, at its election, repair, replace or make appropriate adjustment where Kohler Co. inspection discloses any such defects occurring in normal usage within one (1) year after installation. Kohler Co. is not responsible for removal or installation costs. Use of in-tank toilet cleaners will void the warranty.

Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. Synchrony® 6ft Acrylic Bath with Integral Tile Flange and Right Hand Drain- K-1195-R
Tile Flange
The built-in flanges on this tub prevent water from getting between the bathtub and the wall, ideal in situations where a bath will also be used as a shower. The integral tile flange is an acrylic flange molded into the tub at the factory and is available in a 3-sided flange for a rectangular tub. The tile flange is designed to screw to the stud wall while the backer board rests on top of the flange to provide an even surface for tile.
Drop-In Installation
Drop-in baths have a finished rim and are designed to drop into a deck or custom surround. One of the advantages of drop-in baths is that they can be installed in corners, peninsulas, islands and recesses, or can be sunk into the floor. A drop-in bath is supported from below and has a self-rimming edge that is designed to sit over a frame topped with tile or another water-resistant material. | |
