Traditional "carver" shaped handle is made from high gloss polypropylene to resist deformation and most workplace solvents and corrosive liquids.The handle design is preferred for intricate paring jobs. The blades are all one length, made from carbon steel and hardened for the first 65 mm of length, precision ground on all faces to a high standard of accuracy, with the point honed ready for use straight off the shelf. Blades are lacquer coated for corrosion resistance.
