The TK-TV06 Vent Cap is for outdoor installation of heaters. The cap is installed on the top of the unit, instead of connecting an exhaust vent pipe. The cap will prevent any debris that might be in the environment from entering the unit and causing damage or a fire hazard, as well as preventing rain or other weather from entering the unit.
